For Notion
Capture a Notion page as an image or visual PDF
Notion already offers page export. Page to Image is for a different job: save the rendered view as an image, mark up a detail, or capture the page as it currently appears in your browser.
When a visual capture helps
Keep the view you are discussing
A visual capture can be useful when you want to point to a layout, chart, or visible page state. It does not copy Notion blocks or replace the page’s own export tools.
A local workflow
Capture, refine, and save.
Open the page and expand what matters
Load the content you want to show and expand any sections or database views yourself. Page to Image captures the rendered page, not hidden blocks.
Capture the rendered view
Choose Full page, Visible area, or Selected area. Crop to the section you want to discuss and annotate it in Capture review.
Export the visual file
Save a PNG, JPEG, or image-only PDF locally. Keep using Notion export when you need a PDF or export of the underlying page content.
Choose the right export
For a regular Notion PDF, use Notion export
Notion documents exporting pages and databases as PDF. Choose its native export when you need document output; choose Page to Image when an annotated image of the rendered browser view is the goal.
Read the official Notion export or print guidanceWhat to know before you capture
- This is a visual webpage capture, not a Notion integration or block export.
- Expand the content you want before capture; collapsed or unloaded content is not added.
- The exported PDF is image-based and does not promise searchable text or active page links.
Your capture and edits stay in your browser. Page to Image does not upload page contents or screenshots for processing.
Common questions about Notion
Do I need Page to Image to export a Notion page as PDF?
No. Notion has a native PDF export. Page to Image is useful when you want a visual screenshot to crop or annotate.
Can I annotate a Notion page before sharing it?
Capture the rendered page, then add text, arrows, or shapes in Capture review before exporting the image.
Will the PDF contain editable Notion content?
No. Page to Image exports the visual capture. Use Notion’s own export for page content.
