Open the conversation and scroll through the parts you want to keep so they have loaded in the page. A capture cannot include messages that the page has not loaded or still keeps virtualized.

Choose Full page for the conversation, Visible area for the current view, or Selected area for one answer. Crop away unrelated content and add a note or arrow in Capture review.
Export a visual file
Copy the image or export PNG, JPEG, or PDF. Very large captures preserve resolution, but may open in export-only mode without editing.

It captures the page content available after you open and scroll through the conversation. It cannot retrieve messages the page has not loaded.
Does this export ChatGPT data?
No. Page to Image saves a visual copy of the current webpage. Use OpenAI’s account data export when you need your account archive.
Can I save a ChatGPT conversation as a PDF?
Yes. Capture the conversation and choose PDF in Capture review. The PDF is an image of the capture, not searchable conversation text.
